The Milford Rotary Club meets at the Milford Community House on Union Street in Milford, New Hampshire. Meetings are held on Wednesdays at 12:15 PM from September to June and at 7:15 AM from June to September.

The MRC is overseen by a Board of Directors which meets on the second Tuesday of each month. The board appoints appropriate committees to run the following events, fundraisers, and activities. The Milford Community Trust has it's own board of directors, drawn form the Rotary membership.
